Loader slewing mechanism
The function of the slewing mechanism is to enable the bucket working mechanism to swing left and right in the horizontal plane, allowing the bucket to load rock from both sides of the roadway and thereby increasing the loading width. The main components of the slewing mechanism include the slewing base, which consists of an upper and a lower turntable as well as a guiding device. The slewing angle can be directly controlled by the operator (typically allowing rotation of up to 30 degrees to either side), thus expanding the loading width of the bucket loader. At the same time, after the slewing base has rotated through a certain angle, the guiding device ensures that, when the bucket loader retracts and lifts the bucket to discharge the material, the slewing base automatically returns to its central position without dumping the rock outside the mine car.
Loader traveling mechanism
The traveling mechanism of rear-discharge bucket loaders used in coal mine roadways is typically rail-wheel type, consisting of an electric motor, a reducer, and two pairs of wheels—one at the front and one at the rear.
